At Norton we consider that the key process to achieving operational sustainability is through Zero Harm initiatives.

Zero Harm means that in all things we do we strive to work to the highest safety standards, minimising potential harm to people and to the environment and communities in which we operate. In doing so we continually focus on achieving our goal of zero harm to people, our community and the environment.

On a day to day basis this means we endeavour to continually improve our safety performance, reduce our environmental footprint, and support our local communities by having residential workforces and a strong focus on local sponsorship.
