ABOUT YOU
You’re an experienced and proactive supervisor who leads by example. You’ll bring:
- A relevant trade qualification (Mechnical Fiitter or similar)
- Statutory Supervisor qualification (required)
- Minimum 5 years’ mine site fixed plant mechanical experience
- 10+ years’ post-apprenticeship experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems (e.g. Pronto)
