WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Contracts Specialist, you will be providing expert contract administration services to our operations and communicate with al levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Administer contracts for compliance and effectiveness.
- Prepare construction tender documents and manage the process.
- Coordinate negotiations with preferred bidders.
- Resolve contractual queries and offer solutions.
- Ensure payment claims, invoices, and payments are managed.
- Collaborate across departments, monitor progress, and improve processes.
- Any other duties as required.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience as a contracts administrator or equivalent, preferably within the resources sector.
- Minimum 1-2 years of contracts administrator experience is required.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Law, Commerce or related fields is highly regarded.
- Sound understanding of contract law and general law and the ability to develop, administer, and contracting strategies.
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and co-ordination skills.
