Norton Gold Fields is seeking an experienced Crushing Plant Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of our mobile crushing and screening plant at the Binduli North Heap Leach Project.
This hands-on leadership position is ideal for an experienced crushing professional with strong mechanical knowledge and a genuine commitment to safety, operational performance and team development.
ROSTER: 2:1 (Residential, or FIFO ex. Perth)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Leading day-to-day mobile crushing and screening operations
- Supervising operators and trades to achieve production targets
- Coordinating maintenance, shutdowns, and fault finding
- Driving safety, environmental compliance, and reporting
- Mentoring and developing your team
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Mechanical Fitter trade qualification (or similar)
- Statutory Supervisor (S26) Certificate
- Current WA Driver’s Licence (HR preferred)
- High Risk Work Licences and mobile plant tickets (desirable)
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in crushing plant operations with previous supervisory/leadership experience (2+ years preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of crushing equipment (jaw, cone, impact), screens, conveyors and hydraulics, with proven fault-finding and maintenance coordination capability
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to lead, mentor and develop teams in a production-driven environment
- Strong focus on safety, compliance and environmental standards, with the ability to manage production targets, downtime and reporting requirements.
