Crushing Plant Supervisor

Norton Gold Fields is seeking an experienced Crushing Plant Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of our mobile crushing and screening plant at the Binduli North Heap Leach Project.

This hands-on leadership position is ideal for an experienced crushing professional with strong mechanical knowledge and a genuine commitment to safety, operational performance and team development.

ROSTER: 2:1 (Residential, or FIFO ex. Perth)

LOCATION: NGF, Binduli Operations (Goldfields, WA)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Leading day-to-day mobile crushing and screening operations
  • Supervising operators and trades to achieve production targets
  • Coordinating maintenance, shutdowns, and fault finding
  • Driving safety, environmental compliance, and reporting
  • Mentoring and developing your team

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    • Mechanical Fitter trade qualification (or similar)
    • Statutory Supervisor (S26) Certificate
    • Current WA Driver’s Licence (HR preferred)
    • High Risk Work Licences and mobile plant tickets (desirable)
    • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in crushing plant operations with previous supervisory/leadership experience (2+ years preferred)
    • Strong technical knowledge of crushing equipment (jaw, cone, impact), screens, conveyors and hydraulics, with proven fault-finding and maintenance coordination capability
    • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to lead, mentor and develop teams in a production-driven environment
    • Strong focus on safety, compliance and environmental standards, with the ability to manage production targets, downtime and reporting requirements.
