We’re calling for expressions of interest from experienced Semi Mobile Crushing Leading Hands to support mobile crushing operations at Binduli. This role sits at the heart of operations, combining leadership, plant operation, and mechanical maintenance to keep production moving.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Acting as shift lead alongside the Supervisor
- Coordinating daily crushing and screening activities
- Supervising operators and supporting team performance
- Completing inspections, preventative maintenance & minor repairs
- Operating loaders, water carts, and managing stockpiles
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Mechanical trade qualification (highly desirable)
- Statutory Supervisor (S26) Certificate
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a mining or mobile crushing environment
- Current WA Driver’s Licence (HR preferred)
- Strong knowledge of crushers, screens, conveyors and associated plant, with solid fault-finding and preventative maintenance experience
- Proven ability to supervise small teams and coordinate daily shift activities to meet production targets
- Competency operating mobile plant, including loaders and water carts (relevant tickets required)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
