Norton Gold Fields is seeking a motivated and safety-focused Semi Mobile Crushing Operator/Technician to join our Binduli Processing & Maintenance team. This role is ideal for an experienced operator who enjoys variety and can confidently operate crushing equipment alongside a range of mobile plant.
ROSTER: 2:1 (Residential, or FIFO ex. Perth)
LOCATION: NGF, Binduli Operations (Goldfields, WA)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Operate and monitor mobile crushing and screening plant equipment
- Feed crushers, stockpile materials and support site operations using excavators and loaders
- Operate water carts for dust suppression and road maintenance
- Complete pre-starts, inspections and daily operational checks
- Monitor plant performance and adjust settings to optimise throughput and product quality
- Maintain high safety and housekeeping standards across the crushing area
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Minimum 2 years’ experience operating crushing and screening equipment or within mining operations
- Experience operating loaders, excavators and water carts
- Current HRWL Forklift Licence
- Current WA Driver’s Licence (HR preferred)
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong commitment to safety, communication and equipment care
