Purchase Orders issued by Norton Gold Fields Pty Ltd, or its subsidiary companies for Goods or Services, incorporates by reference, Norton Gold Fields Standard Terms and Conditions. All Goods and Services supplied pursuant to a purchase order issued by Norton Gold Fields Pty Ltd, or in connection with a verbal order that quotes a valid purchase order number, is covered by Norton Gold Fields Standard Terms and Conditions. The exception to this is where a binding written contract exists between the Supplier and Norton Gold Fields Pty Ltd, or its subsidiary companies.
